Job Offer – Hostess
Key Responsibilities
- welcome guests graciously and warmly, provide ultimate ‘service from the heart’ guest experiences at all times for internal and external guests
- develops long lasting and meaningful relationships
- manages restaurant reservations to ensure best occupancy
- responds to guest requests via telephone and email
- coordinates seating, assignment of tables and strategic seating of guests
Required Qualifications
- Technical Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Experience in an F&B service role
- Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment. Greek & English – excellent oral and written skills
- Additional language – beneficial
- Ability to work as part of a team, thrive under pressure in challenging
- circumstances and come up with proactive, rational solutions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Applies a professional, confidential and ethical approach at all times
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
