Key Responsibilities

  • welcome guests graciously and warmly, provide ultimate ‘service from the heart’ guest experiences at all times for internal and external guests
  • develops long lasting and meaningful relationships
  • manages restaurant reservations to ensure best occupancy
  • responds to guest requests via telephone and email
  • coordinates seating, assignment of tables and strategic seating of guests

Required Qualifications

  • Technical Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Experience in an F&B service role
  • Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment. Greek & English – excellent oral and written skills
  • Additional language – beneficial
  • Ability to work as part of a team, thrive under pressure in challenging
  • circumstances and come up with proactive, rational solutions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Applies a professional, confidential and ethical approach at all times
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
