Job Offer – Waiter or Waitress
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for offering guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience
- Responsible for setting up tables, serving food and beverage to guests, and clearing/cleaning tables
- Provide an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options
- Compliance with all cleaning requirements
- Constantly remain guest focused and promote exceptional guest experience
- Always follow strict hygiene procedures along with the Food & Beverage regulations
Required Qualifications
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language
- Knowledge of a third language (i.e. German, French, Italian, Spanish, etc.) will be valued accordingly
- Degree in Hospitality/Tourism
- Very good knowledge of P.O.S. system
- Minimum 2-3years’ experience as Waiter in large hotels or restaurants
- Proactive, able to work efficiently under pressure
- Hands-on approach, flexible, with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills and with a strong customer-focused approach
