Apostolis Geladaris, head of F&B and Events, has been with the Myconian Collection for 11 years and is our man for all seasons for all things events. Drawn to F&B and event management through a passion for people and challenges, Geladaris says: “The key qualities in this job are flexibility and honesty – I’ve never proposed an idea that couldn’t be realised, and I’ve never said no to a guest if it was possible.” He has mentored waiters who are now maitre d’s, passing on his philosophy, patience, and generosity. “I never get bored; I just find a new challenge.
