Choose from our fourteen bars, each enjoying a prime location, from spectacular views of either the Aegean or Mykonos Town, or with its feet in the sand of a private beach! They’re the ultimate glamorous settings for parties or romantic rendezvous, lasting well into the early hours.
You can even channel your inner Bond at the Lagoon swim-up bar, ordering your vodka martini—shaken, not stirred.
Starting with morning smoothies and fresh juices, the offerings later evolve into exotic cocktails and coffees, followed by aperitifs at sunset, and culminating in serious bar culture after dark. That’s when the pools light up with constellations that rival those in the sky, the DJ sets the rhythm, and whiskies and signature cigars come out to play.
Our bartenders are masters in mixology and old hands at preparing your poison of choice – but why not try something new? Like the tangy ’El Greco’, a tribute to Greece, made with vodka, aged Tsipouro, homemade tomato juice, a dash of sweet pepper, lemon juice and homemade bitters. You might also be tempted to sample rare vintages from our exceptional wine cellar.
You’ll find George’s Bar at both the Ambassador and Kyma, named after patriarch George Daktylides, who laid the first stone of the Myconian Collection in 1979 and remained at the helm until his retirement in 2010, passing the hospitality empire to his four sons. Occasionally, you might spot him raising a glass to his wife Eleftheria, without whom none of this would have been possible. And you may even catch his namesake George, who is the son of the Ambassador’s MD, and teases his grandfather, that the bar was actually named after him.
