Pilates is available for all levels, from beginners to advanced. In just 55 minutes, you’ll experience a sense of being more ‘centred’ and realigned. Each class is rooted in the six original Pilates principles: concentration, control, centre, flow, precision, and breathing. This method enhances flexibility, endurance, and overall body conditioning, with a special focus on posture, breathing, core strength, coordination, and balance.
Our Yoga classes are available in-studio or as special events like Secret Sunrise or Full Moon sessions and can be paired with Sunset Meditation. For seasoned practitioners, yoga’s restorative power will bring your body and mind into perfect balance. Water yoga, ideal for injury recovery and delicate joints, is offered in both group sessions and personalized indoor or outdoor settings

You’ll leave with invaluable knowledge and techniques to enrich your everyday life.
Our Yoga and Pilates sessions cater to all levels, offering modifications for beginners and challenges for advanced practitioners. To support newcomers, we provide introductory classes, either in groups or privately. Just one week of consistent practice can be life changing. We also host exclusive Yoga Retreats with world-class instructors at the Ambassador. All our yoga teachers are highly qualified.
