Yiannis Stinis was born in Athens,Greece in 1984. He discovered his love of swimming at the age of five and has won many awards since, especially with the butterfly stroke.

At the age of 18, he obtained a Bachelor of Science, Exercise Science and Human Performance at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Numerous other qualifications followed in the wake of his Bachelor Degree:

• a Certificate in Swimming and Water Skiing
• First Aide Certificate
• Lifeguard Hellas, Lifeguard and CPR Certificate, Certificates in BOSU, Suspension training, Spin, Master Trainer Certificate Surfset Fitness, U.S
• Master Trainer Certificate GoFlo, U.S.

At the age of 23 he became a swimming coach and then started a career combining water and land training.

In 2015, he brought Surfset Fitness to Greece and became the first representative of Surfset Fitness in Europe. Two years later, he added to this with another innovation from the US, the Goflo Trainer.

His objective is to inspire and help those individuals to develop an outstanding physical and mental experience who are looking to improve/maintain their overall health. By using land and water training techniques, as well as importing innovations from all over the world, especially the U.S in order to contribute to the development of fitness in Greece, Yiannis raises the bar to deliver top international personal training.
